Event Confirmation Process:
Before completing this step, please ensure that the performance date has been finalized, the event details have been agreed upon, and you have received the invoice. Kindly note that I will not proceed with any planning or preparations until the deposit has been received.
Additionally, please ensure you have familiarized yourself with the terms and conditions and have signed the agreements. Refunds are not permitted.
2. Deposit Requirement:
To secure and hold your event date, a deposit must be paid immediately upon receipt of the invoice. This deposit is a legal requirement and confirms your booking. The amount will be specified in the invoice.
3. Remaining Balance:
The full remaining balance must be paid no later than three (3) days after the event. This ensures all contractual obligations are fulfilled and allows for a smooth conclusion to our agreement.
